Prior to shipping, all orders are hand inspected, address verified, and shipped within 1-2 business days. Upon shipment the estimated time of arrival is as listed below.

US Orders:

1. USPS standard shipping  3-5 business days.

2. Priority 2-3 business days

3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases). 

International Orders:
1. USPS Priority international mail (7-14 business days

1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.

Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

***Non-returnable merchandise include: sale products, and all items with hygienic strips. 

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to TENTR.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6. TENTR diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and order number. PLEASE indicate if you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or item(s). If an exchange is not indicated or the size you're requesting for the exchange is unavailable a merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
